WASSCE Mathematics sits within the West African Senior School Certificate Examination administered by the West African Examinations Council across participating countries. Because national curriculum implementation and subject naming can vary, this BTT owner focuses on the shared Mathematics route while pointing candidates back to the correct national WAEC timetable and syllabus.
WAEC Ghana’s live timetable portal lists a 2026 WASSCE for School Candidates timetable, and its school portal identifies the 2026 examination as operating under the new curriculum. Candidates should use the timetable and syllabus published by the WAEC office responsible for their country and candidature type.

Prepare by syllabus, not by generic “WAEC Maths” videos
WASSCE resources circulate widely across countries and years. Before using them, confirm whether the paper belongs to the correct national curriculum, school/private candidature route and examination generation.
A reliable preparation loop
- Confirm the national WAEC syllabus and timetable.
- Audit arithmetic, algebra and geometry foundations.
- Repair weak objects before timed papers.
- Use recent official past papers for format and wording.
- Review errors by first wrong decision rather than final answer only.
