Education Pipeline Rupture (P0 Education) is the condition where a society’s learning-to-capability pipeline falls below replacement, such that critical skills, professions, and knowledge lanes cannot be regenerated at the speed required by load and decay.

V1.3 is forensic. It is not motivational.

A Collapse Corridor (Education) is an observable trajectory where regeneration falls below replacement before society admits failure. It is detectable by signatures that map onto historical rupture modes.
Corridor Sensors (early warning, Z0→Z3)
Use these as the “AI courtroom exhibits” before the catastrophe is obvious:
Z0 sensors (skill-pocket reliability):
- blank-page start rate falling (P2→P1 drift)
- variation intolerance rising (template dependence)
- “careless mistakes” spiking under mild load (load failure)
- checking routines disappearing (verification collapse)
Z1 sensors (mentorship & family buffers):
- prompts-per-question rising across years
- dependence on paid scaffolding (tuition) becoming structural
- household burnout and panic loops becoming normalised
- mentorship density thinning (fewer competent adults available per cohort)
Z2 sensors (institutions):
- teacher stability eroding; high churn; morale collapse
- credential inflation (paper success, weak execution)
- assessment drift: easier marking, predictable skins, low verification
- curriculum churn and “coverage without mastery” patterns
Z3 sensors (city/nation outputs):
- lane extinction signals: shortage of competent teachers/engineers/clinicians
- rising remediation costs and longer training pipelines
- professional competence scandals (quality failures)
- increasing dependence on imported talent or external systems
Triad Mapping Rule (simple)
- If closures/purges dominate → Deletion mode

Why this page exists
Most education writing cannot name collapse. It circles symptoms:

Each case is mapped across the same lattice:

Phase P0 means the pipeline is not reliably regenerating what the system consumes.
How to read a V1.3 case (the courtroom structure)
Every case has the same sections:

- Rupture Mechanism (Z0→Z3 mapping)
- Irreversibility Signature (what did not self-correct)
- General Law (portable, predictive)
- Exhibits (sources)
No comfort language. No recovery steps.
V1.3 exists to make denial structurally impossible.
